G'day,
Personally I like sparkling very much
I'm currently have a weizen batch ready to bottle and want to make it fairly fizzy. I'm going to bottle into glass.
All the calculators says it could be 3.3 - 4.5 CO2 and gave me about 288g of Table Sugar ( Corn Sugar: 317 g, DME: 424 g) for 23l (6.07 US galons).
Which faar exceeds the average "safe to do not have it exploded" 8g per liter.
The question is it all ok with the calculators?
In other words is it safe to come to the basement if I put 12 g per liter (1.6 oz/galon) of sugar while priming?
Thanks in advance!
