Does anyone have a good amber ale recipe? I looked through the recipe database, but didn't see much.
Or a fat tire clone? I found 3 different recipes, but would like to hear from someone who has tried them.
I brew all grain, but can convert with beersmith.
Thanks!

Have you brewed this? How did it come out? The flaked corn is throwing me off, unless I have not looked at enough amber recipes.
WHat yeast did you use? S-04?

Thanks for all the recipes guys! I decided to try King Brian's first because of how he described the caramel flavor. Exactly what I was looking for. I just placed the order with Brewmasters Warehouse.
Kirk, I will try yours next!
Permo, thanks for the fat tire clone recipe!
