Okay, my heads stewed.
I've ready that meany indepth articles on brewing over the last few weeks, I know all about enzymes, dextrins, maltrose, mashing, sparging etc but what the flip do I put in the air lock. I could go grab a book but my eyes wont take in any more words.
Could some kind soul point me in the right direction.
I'm taking the dogs out then going to secondary this afternoon.
