Hi folks,
Just after a quick opinion. After possibly three months sat fermenting and clearing beautifully my pair of demijohns got left a further three waiting for me to find somw bottling time.
My logic being, well if it's airlocked, it'll last!

Well wouldn't you know, a lack of close inspection meant I missed a dried out airlock and one of my demijohns had the tiniest thin partial layer of mould...

Cider ruined?

It's settled clear again after disturbing it removing it from my cellar to be bottled and certainly amells ok. If anybody has had a similar experience, do get in touch.

I've considered giving it a 'quick' sugar and yeast boost and leaving it another month but I thought I'd seek guidance first!
