Advice on setting up carbonation system

Hi everybody,

I'm looking to get and set up my first cylinder of CO2 and need some advice. What size cylinder should I get and does anybody know any good regulators for it? So far I've been carbonating with 16g CO2 cartridges. I'm in the UK, Plymouth area.
