I'm fairly new to all grain 4 batches. I am wanting to start tweaking my own 'home stock' of beers I enjoy. Here is my first attempt. I am not sure about the smoked malt but I love how it smells. Please let me know what you think :)

Ole 107 Ale
Scottish Light 60/-
5.0Gal

3lb 12oz 2-row
1lb Victory Malt
1lb Caramel 40L
4oz Caramel 80L
4oz Briess Cherrywood smoked malt

Single infusion, Full body, Batch sparge
Est OG 1.033

.50oz Fuggles @ 60 9.1 IBUs
.25oz Fuggles @ 15 2.3 IBUs

I am limited on yeast. All I have on hand is S-33. I was hopeing the smoked malt would offset the use of a different yeast.
