Looking for advice or recipe suggestions using leftover hops from last fall's harvest and other brews. I'd like to brew a nice clean IPA with a low SRM (<5). Here's what I got in my armory:

6.5 oz. dried Nugget leaf
2 oz. dried Galena leaf
5 oz. dried Chinook leaf
0.5 oz. Simcoe pellets
0.5 oz. New Zealand Pacifica pellets
0.5 oz. German Perle
~5 oz. Citra Pellets

Looking to brew something piny and/or floral with a nice big gravity (at least 7% abv), light in color and clean (i.e., not malty, but not totally dry like a Brut).

Anyone have recipe/hop schedule suggestions using the hops I already have? I welcome grain bill suggestions as well!

Thanks

You could do the ever trendy NEIPA, get some flaked oats and wheat, pale 2row. Dump a ton of hops in at flameout and whirlpool under 170'F. Dry hop it with the nuggets at 1.5ounces per gallon.
