So let's say It was time to add the yeast and I accidentally forgot
To check the temp because I'm dumb and forgot
I put a fermometer on the friggin bottle to tell the temp, I just felt the bottle and said good enough, what could happen of it was either too hot or too cold when I added it, what are some consequences of adding yeast when the wort is too hot, it's already fermenting and look right do nothing I can do now

Good question. I May have done the same thing. I think my yeast is on strike..

Not sure how high it was I just kinda felt it an said ok, it seems like its fermenting right so I guess well see

I guess at this point you should just get your brew down to the correct temp. If its fermenting it wasn't hot enough to kill your yeast. Time heals most wounds.

The best case is to get your wort down to room temperature to pitch. If you have liquid yeast you want that at the same room temp. Yeast doesn't like to go into wort over about 100 degrees, could kill it if too hot. If you are seeing signs of visible ferment then you should be OK.
