Hi all.
I'm planning my next brew. Wanna go for a sour beer style.
I plan to go about using an extract brew as I'm still at that stage, I will brew that as normal and instructed. I then plan on after a week adding some sour dried cherries for sourness, tart and flavours. Not to many though! Then I plan on adding / using lactic acid as I've seen and been advised this is a good way to achieve the sourness from the beer.
My question is, how much would I use?
I'll be doing a 40pint kit?
Thanks.
