Hello! I am hoping that someone can share some wisdom about the proportions of purée to beer. I just brewed a #9 clone, but in the CYB recipe, Jamil used extract and not fruit. . I plan to do 5 gallons with extract but wanted to rack the other 5 onto purée. Anybody have a words of advice? Definitely looking for subtle, not an apricot forward beer. Thanks!

I do All Grain and made Northern Brewer's version of Drydock's Apricot Blonde and the recipe called for a 3 lb can of puree plus the 4 oz bottle of apricot extract at bottling. I felt the beer was too fruity, so would skip the extract at bottling next time. So long story short...3 lbs.
