So I have added cold brew coffee to some of my beers in the past with great success but I have yet to add it to an IPA. Stone Dayman inspired me of this years ago and I thought with the soon to be new release of that beer it was time for me to give it a whirl myself. I have already chosen a light roast coffee that should match with the fruity hops in the recipe. How much cold brew coffee would you recommend to be mixed in a 5 gallon keg to have a balanced taste between the coffee and hops?

Best way to figure out it is trying.

Take a glass of the beer you want to add coffee, measure the volume taken.

Add coffee on the glass, measure the volume added.

When it taste good for you, just do the calculations for the entire batch.
