Over the past month I've been doing research on water chemistry. A lot of information came from HBT members. Did my first brew today with RO water and salts and I took a bump of 10% in efficiency. Needless to say I was giddy. I will be purchacing a membership to HBT later. I love you all. And by love I mean the way you love your dog.
