I got this book when I first started making wine a year ago. In the first year I made what one might call a lot of hootches. Well I be made enough of them and now I want to make really good wine! Just in the short time I be been on this sight I have learned a lot an am able to understand this book better. When I first got it the terms they used were somewhat advanced for a beginner. But now I find it extremely helpful!
