Sorry guys, but not gonna keep up this weekend.

Had a Pilsner with dinner... In a plastic cup. I'm not gonna lie, I think I came pretty damn close to style with my hb bo pils.

Afterward we hit the number one bar found on a Google search site. We ended up sitting next to a Slovak who was there on business and also a homebrewer. He gave me a lecture on decoction mashing and what Americans are doing wrong. I told him I'm friendly with a guy who apparently does it right. Good job Mr. Sciencemantheuntaggable!

Anyways, here's what we had, with translation help from the Slovak:

Me - Galaxy/Apollo pale ale. Was very good. Gonna have to try that combo in my own.
