**** cruises... that's like, the worst thing I can imagine.
But that's just my opinion.
Yeah, if you're not in a hurry in the first place, just let it go.
When I'm on an abbreviated schedule like this, infections are my last concern. As long as the first week of the ferment is clean, I take my sample and keg like 3 days later. No chance for anything to really take hold.
That said, I've never had an infection and I've put a dirty old VHS in my beer.
..a week and several thousand dollars.
Having just got back from one... I can say that I could never do it again and not feel like I'm missing anything.
It wasn't awful like I'd anticipated, but I could certainly think of better ways to spend a week and several thousand dollars.
yea man, two, three days after your typical no boil method and decoction. Dry hop using used gym socks for 12 weeks for maximum affect...this is all accurate, right?
Owly would back me up on this

Nice man, have a good time. Its been a long while since I last was on a cruise. The vessels they are coming out with now are just monstrous and somewhat overwhelming. It was easy to get somewhat lost on the cabin levels when you were a bit tipsy...add a few more levels and triple the length of the ship and its just going to get messy

Mornin'. Coffee.
Lucky me, today feels like Thursday, since Friday (and next Monday!) are stat holidays.
Also, flocc off. These damn heathens won't let me have this most religious of holidays off. I should be afforded the time to worship the Easter bunny however I see fit.
Wait... are you saying you don't get Good Friday off? Come on now... also that reminds me of this amazing page I found this morning.

Finally found my spirit animal, it would seem.
Thanks, it should be fun. We've been on a couple cruises together. SWMBO's family did that as their family vacations for a long time, so she's been on a bunch and loves them. I'm a little more on the fence: I like how the food, lodging, etc. are all included, but it kinda sucks if you find a port you really love and want to stick around longer, you're still stuck to the ship's schedule if you don't want to get left behind. I also start to get antsy wandering around the ship around the 5th day.
At any rate, it's a week away from work, which I really need right now.

Cracked had a good article on those illustrations once. Before they went crazy clickbait style, that is.
Ha... your avatar.

@Psylocide
There, updated it just for you. ARE YOU HAPPY NOW!?!
I think it was Alta we flew into, I can't recall where we flew out of, but it was certainly different. They didn't give us the name of the location, and I have a feeling that it may be close to a place where they store gear.
I did overhear them talking about being only a bit from the Finnish border
