Have a Saison, Bella Saison yeast, experiment going. Basically same recipe, no hops. 4lbs frozen raspberries in secondary this week. The fermented wort sample was very promising; peppery, no off flavors I detected. Another few weeks should give an answer. Have as some crazy feeling people on this thread might get samples...just so much laying around.

Really liking the mango. The tartness is very enjoyable. So much so I'm outside enjoying it in the evening sun. Kiddo's have an appointment with Peppa and Co.

Moments like these are great, they "flash upon that inward eye that is the bliss of solitude"

Told a family member recently, I may not be able to change one's political stance, one's religious stance, or even make one smarter, but damn it, can help to get one inebriated to forget it all! Truly, and I mean this, to share something someone will enjoy warms my heart...think it's a getting older thing.
 
Went to my favorite rib joint for dinner. Feel like I'm gonna explode. Thinking that I won't wash my hands for a week because they smell of sweet BBQ...and they served Two Hearted. When I die, I want to go there if I've been good.
