Yessir. Tasty too. Just the right amount of smoke.

However, a combo of some fruity esters, chocolate malt and beechwood smoked malt almost gives off an almond flavor. It's very slight, but interesting none-the-less. I have the recipe if you care... I think if I had fermented 5 degrees cooler, I'd never want it to go away.

It's basically a 4.5gal version of the Hard Lemonaid recipe on HBT. 8cans of Lemonaid concentrate, .5lbs dme, 12oz corn sugar and ec1118 Champaign yeast. Heat water to 175f, 2gal RO, add CS and DME then cool with concentrate/water to make 4.5gal. 20min brew!

I've used tap and RO. Seemed to make no difference.

Ferment 2 weeks.

Back sweeten with 3 cups sugar and 3 cans Lemonaid concentrate before kegging.

I strain all concentrate. Sanitize the chit out of everything.

Raspberry is 1.5bags frozen with 1-4oz Brewers Best raspberry extract.

Mango is 3 bags frozen mangoes. 1 4oz Brewers Best mango extract.

Potassium sorbate in secondary with fruit. 10days fruit or so.

This is actually a case of knowing that the recipe is sound, but also knowing that one simple adjustment -while completely unintentional in the first place- would make this an amazing brew. And even with the flaw, is quite enjoyable.
