Couple of weeks ago when I was playing, my partner got all liquored up and would do shot like leading with 2-3 cards...when they weren't sure winners. I wanted to beat him to a pulp.

We call making that kind of mistake (also such as playing a trump suit card when you should have played a different suit [ex: person lead spades, you have spades, but trump it with a heart], trumping your partner when already winning the hand, or picking up a card when you don't have any of the suit in your hand etc) reneging, and it is punished by a shot of hard liquor.

Well, the vet induced vomiting which got some more tennis ball bits out. She thinks some made it to the intestine, so now we're waiting for an ultrasound.

grumble, grumble, grumble

My dog has a $500 limit on his head. If it costs more than $500 to fix the issue, he's going to have to work it out himself.

Reneging is, to us, just not following suit when required to do so. It is punishable by 2 points...or 4 if the other team is going alone.

Working from home, there is Sculpin in my fridge...and I'm drinking a Coke. Something is not quite right here...

Yeah, really. I'm having a 10.5% imperial stout at my desk.

I sense a disturbance in the force.

****ing can't just have a good day. No good deed goes unpunished. Friends ****ing girlfriend just text my wife and asked her if she was excited about the Wine & Chocolate event at the castle tomorrow. Ya know. Her birthday surprise.

What kind of work do you do, Psy? Jealous of the desk beer. I'll go home and have one at lunch today though. Every few weeks I bring in homebrew and my team samples it in the breakroom, but I think tischbier sind frowned upon.

When you see her tomorrow, tell her she is glowing and when she is expecting.

I'm a buyer. I buy things, lucky enough to have my own huge office with a window.

It wasn't something *you* did, so even if the surprise is shot, she has no reason to be mad at you. I'm sure it'll be fine.
