No whilflock!!! I know it's no big deal but this is being bottled for St Paddys and BMC drinkers will have some. No way it's clear by then without an agent.

Back at the hotel for a quick nap for the little one. Water wears him out. Water park return soonish.

Killing the howler of Pale Fire DIPA. debating where we are going to eat dinner. Might end up at a dive bar with a 6yo.

Homer/New beer.

This is pretty good. A little over carbed, though.

What kind of DEM are you making? What yeast are you using BTW. I followed @Qhrumphf 's lead and have 1469. Really happy with how it turned out.

My FIL was very sad to hear of the demise of my DEM. I'm down to 2gallons of Alt and a little Apfelwein in the keg. (not sure how much)

Last night my 1 BA Legion put me on my ear. Barely finished it before bed.

Going to keg my Pils next. 14days since brew. It's at 1.009 and 31F.

Jealous of you folks brewing this weekend. Bumped my brewday till next week.

Once I get my place open (which is probably never), we'll be using one and only one yeast for everything (until I decide whether or not to pull the trigger on some barrel-aged stock versions that'll bring bugs into the mix, which would be an even longer while down the road). Guess which one that is ;)

Whey shake after gym.
