Didn't realize mine and DC's pipe dream would cause this many rifts among the friendly friends. Everyone is invited to my filthy garage for a brew day and some light cleaning. I have like a billion Miller Lites and Modelos we need to kill, but we can start with good beer if we have to.

Long day at work done. Swmbo took daughter to the mall and got her ears pierced without telling me they were going to. At least let me be there for it, wtf? Ready for a beer or 12.

I have 2 NESs, 1 SNES, 1 N64, a PS2, Sega GameGear, original gameboy...

Gamegear is awesome, but does anyone have the $200 of AA batteries I need to play it for 15 minutes?

Yeah, but I bet the versions they sent to Canada were pretty lame...

Holy hell... sign off for three hours, and you are suddenly 157 posts behind.

6yo is yelling at me for catching up. He is, however, complaining that we haven't left for the brewery yet.

Leaving now! :ban:

I haven't been keeping up with every post here recently...didn't realize you were hurting so badly! Let me know if you need anything I can help with...resupply on soda, food, whatever. My back was really bad from just before New Year's and lasted two weeks. I know the feeling.

Thanks. I couldn't stand it any longer and went to a walk-in orthopedic place today. I have bone spurs in my spine and the muscles and nerves are inflamed or something. I have an MRI in 3 weeks, but some stuff for pain and swelling now.

Drinking coke zero.

Yikes, that sounds pretty painful.

2 more hours. Just 2 more hours.

Scheduled a lunch interview for next week. Gotta try and up the salary if they want to hire me. No way am I taking a pay cut.

Yeah, ouch. Best of luck! Are bone spurs something that you're just SOL? Surgery?

I think I can have surgery but I'll know more when I get an MRI and see a spine specialist. I won't have surgery if I can prevent it though.
