Ah dang, that was canned the week before I started haha. Thanks! It certainly hasnt been easy but is totally worth it. Such an amazing company to work for and be apart of.

BTW, that beer is less than 2 weeks old! :rockin:
 
Fresh sweat. Got to run the kegger all afternoon, that was fun! We did 60 half and 60 sixth barrels today.

Did you manage to squirrel any away in your lunch box? :D

Any sign of the magnets? I wonder did the envelope get stuck to something metal in the post office or if they have rules against magnets. I'll right the wrong either way.

No kegs, just my normal 8 beers. And no sign of the magnet. I imagine it got stuck to something and then was ripped from the envelope when they tried to unstuck it. :D
 
Sweet! I haven't decided yet, but if I make it out there: Pizza, Philly and Philly Taco. In that order to warm up.

I taped them to an envelope in the envelop so it can't have ripped. Some USPS robot mailman has it stuck to its hat or something. Curses.
 
Panfried some wild salmon in a stupid amount of butter then capers and lemon juice/zest into the butter, poured back over fish. Quinoa and sauteed spinach. Was pretty good. I always forget that I'm not too crazy about capers though.

Wow... that looks.... delish. Closest I can come is a local-ish doner place. Great selection of German beer, though. I keep saying that Philly is not that long a drive.... and then not do anything about it.

I'm sure wobrien owes you a beer or two. He's not far from my place of business, we could make a big Ole lunch out of it lol
 
Gonna try and brew my first German Pilsner next weekend. Been mapping my basement temps for the past week and it stays at a cool 45. I am not sure what to use for a recipe and trying to decide between a Vienna lager and a bohemian Pilsner.
