I still laugh when folks ask about RDWHAHB.

It's like, dude, that's not even an HBT thing. Anyone who's aware of homebrewing culture at all whatsoever should be aware of that one.

Yeah... But it's still a stupid saying.

I do so few trades I have no idea what half of these exchange values even are. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever traded with anyone who's NOT on this thread regularly.

I trade what i paid for it. Maybe a bit more for age but i do not over value the beer i trade. Only hipsters do that

I am usually $4$; I don't get all caught up in "rarity". Nothing wrong with looking for limited beers for limited beers.

I'm not about to trade a Westy for a suitcase of Busch Light, but would take a limited release for it.

That guy with the 4x MW...moron. Also the current problem with the culture poster child.

I've always thought approximate volume and approximate cost. Then again, the few times I've had a "whale" of whatever form, I don't want to trade it, because ********* I want to drink it.

Pretty much same here and whats above. If its ultra rare, im not trading because i only got one or do not want to trade. The over value on some beer is there because people pay/trade it. I got a batch 1 atrial and a backyard rye (GI) im sure i can trade that for a hell of a lot

Anyone remember that cartoon video a while back about trades? Where the guy is talking to his wife and explaining why he has so much beer and why he won't drink it because he might trade it for other beer lol. Good stuff.

I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that the best and only people worth trading with are not only on HBT but are also the badass m'fers on this thread.

This is the truth. 99% of the people I trade with are in this thread.

Let me know what you come up with. Despite my problems on BEX, I'm pretty easy going. I'm sure I can find something you'll like.

I approve this message @1977brewer Blizzard's an awesome trader! She'll hook you up.

Yeah....that dudes an idiot. I've only had one bad experience on BEX and that guy proposed the trade. We exchanged info. Then he backed out because he got a better offer. But he still wanted to trade for other stuff. Needless to say I haven't heard from that guy. Other than that, all the other traded from that sight have been smooth and easy. But I wasn't after anything rare.

Inject intravenously, just a kilo, it's incredible.

Mine was full of the hope for a promising career for any would-be converter to the Inuit ways. A path paved with blood, sweat and tears... and God willing, culminating in the greatest glory that an Inuit could possibly know (kill a whale?).

And yours was just dark.

Also I think people trade in here more because everyone is just chilling and talking about beer and have some sort of respect for each other, so... Not so hard to do then.

PKU

Doc said that there is a reversal procedure available, it's just a pain in the ass with a low success rate. I'll take those odds. And I can assure you that the pulling things out method is not very effective in our case.

I'm personally thankful that the pull out method is not effective...which is why I'm here typing this statement! [emoji16]. Thanks, dad!!

My wife would text this to me now haha... No clue what she will be like preggers.

During my wife's first pregnancy, she craved nothing but bourbon, after watching a bourbon commercial in like her first or second month which she said just made it look amazing. (She never drank bourbon before, and didn't want any afterwards.). Second pregnancy she just craved wine and beer, and ice cream, and grilled cheeses, and cereal...
