You have to dig well into the bowels of paid-members-only HBT to find "EAC". It took me a good while to find it definitively (searching won't help, most everything you'll find on sear is either people using the acronym with no explanation, or people asking about it with no definitive answer). The other one I didn't know was a thing and I'm clueless on.

We are.

Having a short pour #3 off the howler while making cookies for both kids' classes. I think I made about 2p0. This is taking forever, and still need to frost them all. This beer is delicious, but baking isn't the same without baking. Should have baked. Eggless baking (food allergy in daughter's class) slowed things down on the first batch.
