The book is a not so subtle criticism of socialism.

In some ways you could apply it to even capitalist democracy. The strength of a company's stock can be traced all the way down to a hard worker, such as Boxer. The pigs get fat while Boxer works himself to near breaking, and when they are done with him and can do no more, they cut him loose, selling him to the glue farm, increasing their own stock.
it doesn't have to be pigeonholed to Socialism, I think it could be applied to really any form of Government.

First day went really well! Did some paperwork, met most everyone, did some cleaning, drank some sour pale ales samples, and got the 3.5 pallets of VBBS ready for tomorrows canning run. Wasn't running today though. Now to bottle/refill my barrel. Good day for beer! :D

Coffee. Kid shared his cold with me. Can't stop sniffling, at least it's a beautiful 65* out. Spring is here.

Did you let them know what they're doing wrong??

I've always wondered how they temp control these huge vats?

Congrats Fins!! Sounds like an awesome day of "work" if you can call it that...

On my second cup o coffee. This particular home roast blend is tittays! 8oz brazilian with 4oz Colombian. Chocolate, caramel/toffee, and citrus acidity. Helping me do stupid **** at a very fast pace.
