1st package came in the mail today with 1lb of amarillo and 4oz each of galaxy and simcoe. Good start. 2nd package is at the post office and can be picked up tomorrow after work.

I've got a few bottles of bourbon myself. Bulleit is my go-to for making manhattans with, and Woodford Reserve is my overall fave. So damn tasty.

I always bring the boots. Also I'll have beer this time as I don't have anywhere to be afterwards (unlike having to drive down to Frederisckburg in a snow storm to judge last year). Bringing a keg of Kölsch. Didn't have time to enter it in the comp though. Assuming it didn't get oxidized (racked into a friend's keg, then closed it and drove it over to his place for force carbing, wasn't able to purge it so hopefully the fact that it was filled almost to the gas in tube and I was careful it'll be alright), it'll hopefully be good. It was when I tasted it before putting it in the keg. lol. I'll bring a few bottles of other stuff too.

Had a couple Milds and now moved onto some Japanese craft beer. Pretty good! Not sure if happy or dissapoint it didnt have tentacles.
