Ok, well it looks like we have 16 and 37 picked out.
Quick, someone pick a number between 48 and 72 so we don't miss that part of the cellar.

You are way overthinking this. Just close your eyes and grab one....
Need some feedback. Gravity sample today at 3 weeks on my porter. OG was 1.080, I pitched two packets of 05 and aerated with pure oxygen. I really missed my mash temp and ended up mashing at about 148 so I was expecting it to finish low. Beersmith has estimated FG at 1.019. My FG came in at 1.022. Did my yeast crap out?
Depending on your recipe, it might just be done. 05 has finished high for me before, but seems a little high for 2 packs.
What temp did you ferment at?

Grain bill?
I accidentally opened a Coors Light instead of a Miller for someone so I'm shame drinking the Coors light.

Cool, glad you like it. Going for the vert?
Didn't remember them being thin either, if anything the ones I've had have had a kind of chewy mouthfeel. Will have to try another vol 1 soon. Been a while, got a few left.
