It's a nice hop, but use it more sparingly than you think you need to. Crop to crop variations can make them light and spicy or big and herbal. I did a Belgian blonde dry hopped with 1oz each of motueka and sorachi and the herbaceous character was way over the top. Effectively ruined the beer. It's very nice in saison though.
