How's that Mild doin? Checked gravity on the Pils last night, down to 1.030. This mroing I bumped it up to 55F, then 60F just now on lunch. Guess I'll bring it to 65 for a few days. Probably throw it in the keg around day 10 or something and lager in there. Kind of want to lager in the conical so I can get more yeast harvested. Maybe I'll crash it on some CO2. That's an awful lot of work though. Drew a couple pints of trub out on lunch break.

It's sitting at 31F awaiting it's gelatin later today and kegging tomorow.
