It is a Creole cream sauce with shrimp over angel hair pasta.

I was playing around in the lab one evening with ingredients we had in the house and this dish was born, even my picky son thinks it is good so it has stuck around.

Hope your child bounces back quick- sucks seeing them suffer and not able to fix it. And hopefully your landlord works with you instead of giving you any grief.
