Hey folks, if anybody has time to look over a recipe, I would appreciate some feedback. I'll try not to turn this into an "evaluate my recipe" thread, but this is my next brew (when my back is strong enough to manage it) and I want to eliminate any glaring mistakes before I brew it! According to Brewer's Friend, it hits all the numbers pretty much right in the middle for the sweet stout style. I'm shooting for a marshmallow fluff and peanut butter on white bread kinda thing. And I have no idea how to get a great, creamy head, like on Guinness, but that would be great. I will be bottle conditioning. Any thoughts would be appreciated. @Hello: if interested in a mutual brew, I would gladly buy the ingredients, split the wort and let you keg some? (Also, let me know if you still need bottles). http://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/295261/fluffernutter-sammie-stout (Hoping this works with out having to print the whole thing here...fingers crossed.)

I'm terrible at recipe analysis. Just awful. I'm trying.

More apfelwein. Just checked on my one keg of cherry wheat and realized the room temp co2 tank is empty. ****! And then checked on my kegerator co2 tank and it's almost empty too (pressures dropping) Double ****!

I just had to play the first verse of "straight Outta Compton" to prove to the middle child that Ice Cube is a sellout POS. he's a guest on The Bachelor right now. Eyes like pie plates. Awesome

I get crazy floaties on this beer a lot. Oh well. Glad I understand what it takes to prevent that.

+1 for being able to prove that ice cube is a sell out by playing Straight Outta Compton. -10 for watching the Bachelor. I'm sorry, but your man card has been rejected.

Like, not buying IPAs with floaties in them?

Yeah. It's delicious.

I'm in my couch watching Clemson slay Giants. They're watching in the bedroom.

Continuing to shirk my dry week responsibilities after KOing myself at the gym. I earned it. Gravity samples of my strong Belgians. Pale Mild now. Then bed. I'll go dry tomorrow. And then Thursday. And take it easy Friday and Saturday and go dry all NEXT week. That still counts, right?

Whatever. I finally shattered that plateau and have dropped an additional 6 lbs since Thursday.

I only "drink" three nights a week. Just had my fifths beer on night number ....let's say five, of six plus beers.

Yeah, it counts. Also, I can drink some damn beer.

There's a dude around who grows m his own nugget. Brews everything with it, and hates his own beer with the fire of a thousand suns.

I blocked him a long time ago.

This made me laugh.

Which is saying something because I didn't shirk my first day of dry week.

Water.
