Third pour of brett brawl at the future in laws for dinner. I'm beat. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1452470778.254556.jpg
Last of the 6er, and last beer until Wednesday night (club meeting) in an otherwise dry week. Hopefully the Caps make up for Tottenham's embarassing final 45 minutes earlier today (which if it weren't for the HurriKane netting a penalty that shouldn't have been a penalty, would have been a deserved loss and ejection from the FA Cup). Good start so far (but I would have said the same this morning when Eriksen took us up 9 minutes in).
Oh I'm sorry, is there NFL on today or something?
You get a lot more vanilla and oak from the barrel especially an used bourbon. Oak chips what i used i havent really notice as must as these but a cheaper option.
Making dinner and going to watch some movies

FYI, in case you were still ISO that BCBS, we don't get that here.![]()
FA cup would be a lot more interesting if a non-premier team would actually win it.
It has happened 2 times in the 4 years I've lived here. I think it's an anomaly that occurs under perfect conditions.
In the summer we have spans of 80-90 with high humidity.
It's like... The worst place evar to live.
Come on over. The hills are great, but Sioux Falls is the bustling metropolis.
Like, so many clubs bro.

Brought fermenter in I don't want to watch it all night. It was 100 when i checked it figure I'll just pitch it in the morning.
I'd love for some silverware to come to the right side of North London instead of the wrong side, but I agree with you. Unfortunately little in the way of giant killers this time around. Exeter have a shot against Liverpool, but I suspect that the Reds will try a little more in the replay and Exeter won't stand much of a chance. Then again, I don't think Jurgen Klopp has had enough time to reshape Liverpool into a decent side, so who knows.
I don't follow it close at all anymore. 15 years ago, when I worked for BT and reported to a die hard Man U supporter, I knew what was going on. Now it's just an excuse to drink in the morning.

Finally got everything transferred to secondary with their respective add ins.
Same base sour beer with Citra dry hop, mangoes, and augua de jamaica (hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger, lime juice, and local honey).

I accidentally 'no chilled' mine in the garage overnight down to 45 by this morning, transferred and had to warm it up to pitch at 60.
Cheesy. Dropped a **** load of trub though, pre-ferment cold crash is a thing.
The original post said that after "a couple of refills" the tops of the bottles began to chip away. He must have one brutal capper!
I can put brakes back together a lot faster and easier than prying them off. I guess if I had proper pry bars it would go a lot smoother. I'll remember that for next time, if I don't just roll the van into the lake first.
This over carbed mess is lucky it's delicious or I wouldn't drink it.
