Imagine this:
1.040 or so OG, using nothing but "Brewer's Crystals", ie basically maltose-heavy corn syrup solids with an approximately similiar composition to beer wort, ie same sugar content but without the flavor or color, no hops, and then lemon and lime zest, and like Kölsch yeast or something else very clean. I may have to add some acid blend to or or something to keep it balanced since there's nothing to provide bitterness.

I looked into vac sealing it with some marinade and rub but read it doesnt do much since it so thick. What method did you go with?
