With all these 8 bottle limits going around, sounds like you guys will need some help storing it. I will gladly help.
20 bottles will be sitting on this thread alone, shouldn't be too hard to score

This is vintage, right?
yes on weekends off. I have worked the shift before on sundays and some holidays (and god is it slow and boring then). I have helped out on occasion to cover on others and the shift is better but not near as busy as what I currently do. And I can not say I am not encouraged by the career path part. I tend to get comfortable where I am when working and need motivation or something to get me moving otherwise.
Looks amazing. Will have to see if I can arrange a learn to crap night sometime.
Yes. The current day shift guy has 5+ weeks a year. Vacation taking here is not so much of a problem as long as you plan it out in advance.
I have my nightshift allotment coming in next week, if there is any interest

It's not a repeater, at least not a RF repeater. The network extenders turn your cell call into an IP call - they move the call onto your local network and onto the internet. Copper ftw.
I mean divide, co! I have only bought a couple but i love to give them as gifts. I think they age everything in oak
At 7 to 8 a beer I start bailing

Ok I have a work/social life balance delimma question for you fine upstanding people.
Since my job pays for my hobbies this is obviously work related. I was approached by someone at work. This person can hold up to the promises he made today. He says that the powers that be want to switch me from my amazing 6:30a-3:15p shift to a crappy social life killing 3pm-11 pm one as a shift lead. I am in my mid 30s have no wife, no kids, though am dating serially but have nothing serious worked out currently. The guy asked me what it would take to convince me to take on this position. More money is pretty much guaranteed, I could probably work out more vacation time as well. I was also offered a chance to set a more rigid career path of "I work at this for X then I need to get to be doing Y within this amount of time".
So my question is, what would you ask for? How much of an increase? Vacation? or should that be a bargaining chip if I cant get as high of a wage as I want. Is it worth the guaranteed progression? Discuss. I have to have an answer by tomorrow afternoon.

With some lobster tail (no pic, you know what it looks like).
New toy might replace a bunch of other cooking gadgets.
I add a ton of lactic acid to get my mash pH down to 5.2. I'd prefer phosphoric acid, but my LHBS didn't have it. I've got some on my amazon cart though.
I've got a German pilsner on tap that I brought down to 5.2 with lactic and I can't detect any flavor contribution from the lactic. I probably added 10mL to a 10g batch.
This and I'm going to Hunahpu's day!!!!!! So happy.

After hell trying on their ticket site.
HBT party at Huna '16
^This^ We're flying in early Friday (and home late Sunday). Going to be staying at the Marriott right next to the park. The only unfortunate thing is that there will be no line bottle shares or inside bottle shares (no outside alcohol allowed in, and no lines forming until 10am). Guess we'll have to set something up the night before or maybe morning of at the Marriott. lol

How do you like the counters? We will likely be doing a major kitchen project in 2016.
The one person that everyone will recognize because Toby looks 100% like his picture.
I don't see much of a need for an inside bottle share with 400+ free samples inside. Before/after will be plenty brutal to the kidneys
Looks amazing. Did you do the steak with your new Sous Vide gadget?
How was the texture?
