Just sitting in my office going over some paperwork when a couple of firemen come into my office..."we need to know who your property insurance carrier is". I just stared at them like they were crazy..."for what?"

"Well, because we always take down that information when we respond to a building fire."

They started laughing. Apparently we were on fire, someone called 911, fire trucks rolled into our parking lot, they extinguished the fire...all without me noticing...

I missed the bacon and brews festival at Levi Stadium. If they do something like that near you give it a try. People I know are saying it is a good way to spend the day.

Looking at some homes on Zillow, see ones that were sold last year and are relisted for easily 50k+ more now. Or ones sold back in 2011 and worth 150k more now. And newer ones, not like they were fixed-up and value-added. No point in even trying to save, can't compete with the market and inflation. Time to order some beer stuffs.

Whenever is clever. As of now, based on the info I have, there's ~50 lbs of beer mail due at my house by the end of week. Edit - and that's without @Psylocide 's box. Probably pushing 60.

I think I'll survive, if I survive unpacking it.
