See the late night crew is still intact. Here's the saison 2hr 20min beer. It's bright it's good it's saison. I like it better with the light candy sugar as opposed to the dark. It taste summer y and crisp. A funny side note I put gelatin in it warm which I do think work but trying to use stupid auto siphon clamp with a short hose f***** me and made me dip my tube in the warm yeast. so it's not clear but no off flavor from the Willamette that was old as hell from my freezer and 3oz no chilled.

I'm drunk. This confirms it.

Bells Two Hearted claims to have huge hop aroma, but I'm not getting that. Big juicy hop flavor. Bittering balanced nicely in favor of the hops, but aroma, not so much.:(

It does when fresh, but it fades relatively fast IME. As in after 30 days, it's a shadow of it's former self. Founders Centennial is the same way. May just be the nature of single hop Centennial beers.

Yeah, by the time that beer gets shipped to AZ (under warm conditions), it's aroma is shot...

You think midnight is late-night?

;)

Yep - I've had sub-3-week old THA, and it's great. The same beer, same batch (by the "best by" date) at 5+ weeks, and it was just "meh".

*EDIT* Oh jeeze... 3 posts in a row... I have to start multi-quoting!

Don't kick me out of the contest, please!

:(

Got a stout, a porter and a pale ale going into a box. A bunch of goodies will be bought this weekend to go in with them. Hopefully I will be mailing them to myself. The one bottle is going to be hard to part with.

Thinking about heading to Jester King for 1st time Saturday. Anyone have suggestions? Or requests as I'm a pro trader now!

They are just releasing RU55 again this weekend. So pick up that. There is thirsty planet before you turn down the road and last stand a little pass JK. Im debating on stopping by but i do not want to support them.

Have any of you ever appealed a reassessment of your home? I don't know why I got reassessed. The public records search shows that the reason is "CENTRAL AIR/HVAC" but I haven't done anything with those systems since I moved in 8+ years ago. I did just put a new roof on, but several neighbors have done that too and not been reassessed...

Wondering what is involved in appealing a reassessment.

Are you in Delco or Philly county? Philly did a reassessment a few years ago to get more taxes out of people, and it really screwed up the market.

Coffee. Weighed in this morning and I'm finally past 50% of goal. F yeah! I'll be celebrating this weekend and probably gaining some of that back via beer.
