No date on it. Just says batch 2. It has been a while since you sent it, so 2 years in bottle is probably correct.

I had one, but I dropped it somewhere. Can't seem to find the damned thing. I have a hard time seeing my monocle without my monocle.

That picture is pretty much how things should've went.

Learned 3 things tonight.

1. I really like black rye IPA (or at least Wookie Jack)
2. @Hunter_LA5 's skills in whatever the magical picture changing tool he uses rivals @Psylocide 's (think booted feet and motocross jumps over jungle-gyms)
3. eh, make that two things. Two things I learnt tonight

Could be. I'm not up for playing with it tonight. It's probably 7-10 year old oversized 'dorm' type fridge. Wouldn't kill me to replace it, but if I can fix it with a couple hours of tinkering, I'd be happier.

Came home from the shops earlier to what I assumed were death roll noises from my little two tap kegerator. It was just the tower cooling motor in some sort of resonance vibration. Seriously loud for such a little fan. In true "The IT Crowd" style I turned t off and on again. Problem solved.

Both session IPAs are bottled. I made one with simcoe, amarillo, and nelson. It smelled awesome at the start of bottling and by the end the bucket smelled a little skunky. I hope that isn't a bad sign of things to come. After that I bottled the one with citra, galaxy, motueka and it smelled great throughout. I guess we'll see.

It's good. Very reminiscent of your non whiskey saison. This is my second commercial saison.

Sorry for the delayed response. Been a busy couple days. I started out pretty simple, now I have 4 different molds and about 10lbs of various tobacco. I have a tendency to go overboard on my hobbies.

Had some good beers at a local brew fest today

Then met up with a buddy at a cigar bar to discuss buying all his brewing equipment. A top tier stand with kettles, 2 20lb propane tanks, a few mash tuns, pump, chiller, a pile o fermentors, motorized mill with 20lb hopper, custom 3 tap keezer, 10lb co2 tank, and 4 kegs for $900. A deal I can't pass up. Always fun spending bonus money

I've got other fish pics but that was my first fish ever. talk about beginners flocking luck. The chaps on the boat were non-plussed I can tell you. Thankfully they were not from Darwin. Fishing is something of a religion in the "Territory" and "FNQ". I'll let you google those if you're really bored.

I have a few other good fishing pics. Great fishing there.

Are we passed that already? (Usually takes me a week or two to come up with anything the @theCADjockey would think of within a couple of heptoseconds.)
