Haven't had a Mr pibb in years. Sounds tasty. I'll drink 2x smash #5 instead.
Water after 2.5 mile run. Not bad for 30 minutes given my shape. Even when I was in better shape I was happy with a <10 min mile, and I was 70 lbs less than I am now. So 12.5 min mile sustained is good progress, considering 5 months ago i could barely sustain that pace 3 or 4 mins, let alone 30.

did you do a couch to 5K kind of thing to get started? I'm trying to get motivated, but haven't figured out what to do. Looking for options
