Water after 2.5 mile run. Not bad for 30 minutes given my shape. Even when I was in better shape I was happy with a <10 min mile, and I was 70 lbs less than I am now. So 12.5 min mile sustained is good progress, considering 5 months ago i could barely sustain that pace 3 or 4 mins, let alone 30.

did you do a couch to 5K kind of thing to get started? I'm trying to get motivated, but haven't figured out what to do. Looking for options
 
I'd rather be drinking that instead. I'm usually a dr. Pepper fella you know with the 23 flavors and all but this pibb wasn't bad

I'm usually cherry coke. My brother always insisted on Mr pibb as a kid haha.

A SA crystal pale and trying to decide what to eat. Salad wasn't enough.
