It's good! Lots of yeast character, cloves and pepper. Nice crisp finish, good carb. Slight fruity esters on the back end, but might be the mosaic hops, can't really tell. Good job.

Meh, I had the huell melon one and thought it was a drainpour. No hop flavor or smell at all. Naturally, I just chugged it instead of dumping it.

Serious though... Ridiculous dessert beer.

I loved the Korean response to that.

Drinking my Bière de Garde. Only carb sampler. It's carbed. No pic. Lazy.

Had to scramble with mash. Apparently alkalinity plummeted from above average to well below average, majorly undershot my pH (by 0.3). Scrambling with baking soda got it back to where I needed. At least I nailed the temp.

It's nice. Very dry and bitter so it's right down my ally. Mosaic/special pale. Good 8.1%
