Haven't been to the grocery store in over a week, so that can only mean one thing, throw together pasta for dinner. It's my specialty. I make a lot of good stuff, but this is what my wife requests the most. She's always fascinated by how I can turn out such a good meal by just what's on hand at any given time. I just use whatever we have and it's never the same way twice.

When you get to a point where you can... Please, enlighten me/us. Learning to drive a trolley on Friday night?

What am I doing with my life?

Brewday is tomorrow. Gotta move some chit downstairs.

I'm going to second Chefrex.

What's coming up? Science lager?

What ya going to brew?
Dark English Mild.

Largely based on @Qhrumphf 's Sandy's mild breeze recipe with a few minor changes here and there but still hopefully true to the original intended beer.

Looking for a rapid turnaround and a nice fresh mild for an upcoming competition.

Never made one before. Love making new styles.

No science lager this weekend. :(

The larger sized sours certainly make it go slow.

And having 2 cases of them doesn't help. I spend the hour while my daughter slept trying to figure out what order to drink all this stuff.

I think a friendly bottle share at my house might be needed. No one else needs to bring bottles....

You and DC attend the same label design school? Feckin' fancy pants show-offs.

Where is "A sour place for sour folks who choke down sours" thread.

I'm not at all envious of all this microbial creativity, honest.

:)

I have words for you, Pils boy.

You should have saved one of mine and put your name on it.

Guaranteed win.

That's exciting though... Mild brew was fun because it was so easy.

Sure, come on by. Everyone's welcome.

And yeah, I plan on adding a few bottles this weekend.

If you really need to half your cellar I'm happy to help. Just box up anything CS or Avery gold topped and I'll "store" them for you so it looks like you've drank down the cellar. ;)

And for the buzzed record, I'm ashamed none of you 80s kids picked up on the queerest of the queer reference earlier. Shirley Manson was funking hot.

Chicken drinkchilada, chicken simmered all damn day. 8 oz of cream cheese, ya heard?

Wrong thread?

Yeah... But the airfare...

Last of the glass... less surreptitious add to be downed soon.
