Well I guess I'm not good at remembering to take pics. We did the tour. It was kinda boring. It was all craft stuff, but even those guys are mostly just making a pale lager and a dark lager. Still better than the macro stuff, but not much variety here yet.

Depends. if I'm adding anything after primary especially hops then I rack to secondary. I just bought an oxygenation system because I want to do a huge RIS so I will soon be adding pure O2 to my wort rather than just shaking the hell out of it.

Depends. if I'm adding anything after primary especially hops then I rack to secondary. I just bought an oxygenation system because I want to do a huge RIS so I will soon be adding pure O2 to my wort rather than just shaking the hell out of it.

Speaking of O2 systems, the brass nut on my got stuck. I think stuck open, but I can't get it to budge either direction. Anyone had this happen or am I boned and have to get a new one?
