I bought some bulk hops and plan to experiment right away with three 5-gallon batches this weekend - with dry hopping.
Here's what I have...
8 oz each of Amarillo and Mosaic
16 oz each of Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, Cascade, Columbus, and Warrior
I have 18 lbs of briess pilsen DME, 1lb maltodextrin, 1lb rice syrup solids, 1lb of D-45 candi syrup, ]1.5lb of corn sugar, and 2lb table sugar.
No grains. That's it.
I prefer my IPA on the dank/piney side, with some muted citrus.
Three batches - WWYD?
