I'm trying an IPA with 34/70 fermenting at 66 deg.
After fermentation I'm not sure if I should lager at near freezing to bring out the lager side of it or continue conditioning at 66 to bring out the Ale side.
I'll be going away for 2 weeks so whatever I leave it at is where it will stay.
Kind of a trial type hybrid beer.....any ideas???
