Hello!
I have my kombucha in second fermentation in bottleneck bottles. The carbonation has pushed the fruit puree into the neck and out of the liquid. Will this fruit go bad (and if so how quickly do I need to consume it)? Or is the entire chamber generally a safe place because of the acid, even if not submerged in liquid?
