around 35 gallons... 5 gallons belgian golden ale, 5 gallons belgian wit, 5 gallons 5 gallons american IPA 5 gallons mead (still clearing up) 5 gallons American Brown ale 5 gallons of a clone i found on here (still in 2nd fermenter)
That's only 25 gallons of beer, not 35. (We don't count Mead)

48288 - 10 = 48278

That is no joke, I wish I would have started homebrewing to this level. I started in April and havent done anything like this at all! congrats to you sir!

Thanks ! I started with 3 batches of extract beer and before I knew it, I built fermentation chamber, stir plate, All Grain system based on 10G coolers, then came the RIMS system. Now planing to move to 10 gallons batches.

For those who wanted to get into my cellar, no luck there, beer is all gone, my friends like it, I can't keep up with demand.

My wife is working during the week-end and at school the rest of the week, I am left with the difficult task of keeping myself busy since I can't stay sill for more than 5 minutes and don't sleep much, brewing is the perfect thing for me.

Cheers.

Total buzzkill. Gotta minus the 502 from above. Either that was a lifetime number, or the authorities will be knocking at his door, at which point we shouldn't be discussing on a public forum.
