I made my 1st lager and just bottled it. I'm not taking readings yet but now I will start.
I fermented at 55 degrees for 14 days, 2 days at 60 degrees, moved to seconday at 40 degrees for 45 days.
When I bottled it foamed up in the bottles. With all my ales they have been 100% flat when I bottle. Is this normal for a lager?
