Well its been 9+ days since pitching my 1st yeast and the FV looks awesome-no airlock activity and my first FG is 1012. This is a cream ale OG 1040. Kit directions tell me to bottle but I think from what I have read here that I will wait a while longer. Color in gravity cylinder is awesome but clarity could be better I think. Any suggestions???????????????

It certainly won't hurt to let it sit a little longer. Ideally you would leave it on the yeast for at least 14 days. If I'm in a hurry I go a minimum of 10 days. Your patience will be rewarded the longer you leave it alone. I might even drop another point or two and the yeast will clean up a lot of the by products produced during fermentation. If you take it off too soon and these are not cleaned up your taste will suffer from it.
