My father in law got the Czech Pils all grain kit from NB for his bday. Wants to do it BIAB with me this Sunday.

Anyone brew this style or have any tips? I only make IPAs so this will new for me.
 
Cool article. I have a fridge set to 50 degrees, then can lower temp from there. Then will move to kegerator which is in the 30s.
 
I do mash lower on those, 148*, and I personally put a little more effort into getting clear(er) wort into the boil kettle and then fermenter.
 
Brew day went good. Mashed at 149. OG of .053. In the fridge fermenting at 49 with S-23.
