Hi there,

I am doing a Coopers Canadian Blonde kit mixed with one 1kg dextrose sugar and 7g yeast. I have done this kit before and the primary fermentation took 5 days, roughly what the instructions with the kit stated. However with my current brew it has been 11 days and the primary fermentation is still bubbling away steadily. Is this a bad sign or should I just leave it longer before bottling for secondary fermentation??

Cheers

Sean

Just leave it for another couple of weeks. It won't hurt anything, and in fact you are more likely to enjoy the results better than if you rack off after 5 days.
