Hi there,
I am doing a Coopers Canadian Blonde kit mixed with one 1kg dextrose sugar and 7g yeast. I have done this kit before and the primary fermentation took 5 days, roughly what the instructions with the kit stated. However with my current brew it has been 11 days and the primary fermentation is still bubbling away steadily. Is this a bad sign or should I just leave it longer before bottling for secondary fermentation??
Cheers
