Cooling wort is the real challenge.
Two successes... both big beers, 1.078 and 1.112 which,maxed out the mash tun.
Able to chill wort by running ice water from pictured cooler in first post to 40 plate chiller. Got to 70 pretty easily as long as I kept the cooler going with chilled water. 30 lbs of ice per batch.
