I put this together to make backflushing the plate chiller and pump on my new setup dead simple:

It's a $3 garden hose > 1/2" NPT adapter from Austin homebrew, and on one end I put 1 camlock B attachment and on the other a garden hose quick disconnect.

I use those brass quick connects on all my garden hose fittings.

It's funny how sometimes it's the small stuff in your brewery that make your brew day easier.

I picked up a GHT->NPT adapter on amazon and have it connected with a quick disconnect fitting on my kitchen sink faucet...so now I can backflush/rinse my pump, and easily fill my kettle with water before a brew day. Don't use Camlocks on my system...wish they were more prevalent when I decided on my fittings :/

You know if they make replacement gaskets for those brass hose adapters?
